Jury fee policy
Jury fee policy
Jury fee policy
Once an artist submits an application, it is automatically entered into the jury pool. The jury fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the artist withdraws the application before, during, or after the jury process.
Jury fees are non-refundable and are processed at the time of submission.
Artist Cancellation
Refund Policy
Artist Cancellation Fee: $100
Artists who wish to cancel their participation must provide written notice of cancellation by 11:59 PM ET on or before June 1, 2026.
Cancellations received on or before this date will receive a refund of the booth fee minus a $100 cancellation processing fee.
After June 1, 2026
Artists who cancel after June 1, 2026 will not receive a refund.
No exceptions will be made.
Late Application
policies & dates
Late applications may be accepted on a limited, rolling basis from April 1 through May 7, 2026, through 11:59 PM ET, subject to availability and a higher application fee.
The application (jury) fee is non-refundable. If accepted, late applicants must pay the full booth fee by May 15, 2026, or immediately upon acceptance if notified after that date.
Booth-fee refunds follow the standard cancellation policy, with refunds available through June 1, 2026 (minus a $100 cancellation fee), and are not affected by late application status.
Acceptance of a late application does not extend or modify published payment, setup, or refund deadlines.
We belive in family and partnership.
Booth placement requests may be submitted during the application process. Artists may indicate accessibility or mobility-related setup needs, as well as requests to be placed near another participating artist, including a partner, spouse, family member, or collaborator applying separately.
While we will make every effort to accommodate requests, placement is not guaranteed and is subject to site layout, safety requirements, and overall festival design.
Booth Request
Double Booth
request
Official double booths are limited and may sell out. If double booths are sold out, artists may still apply for a single booth, but double spaces will no longer be available.
If an artist purchases two single booths in an attempt to create a double booth after official double booths have sold out, the order will be adjusted as follows:
The two single booth fees will be refunded
A $100 processing fee will be deducted from the refund
The artist will not be disqualified from the festival
The artist may still keep or purchase one single booth (if available)
This policy ensures fairness and helps us maintain accurate booth assignments for all artists.
